This is just another step in my slow investigation of why my EGT seems to be high across the board - so high in fact that I may be out of limits for the wideband O2 sensor, per the following warning in the installation manual. I see 1500 deg + at 65 on hills under 7 psi boost, with the EGT probe mounted 5 inches down from the mounting flange on the forward branch of the downpipe Y. So, I'm wondering if anyone has experience or advice with such an installation. I'm preparing to install an Innovate Motorsports Wideband AFR gauge - now trying to figure out exactly where to put the wideband O2 sensor, and in what mounting configuration, given my EGT concerns that started me on this path.
